Joseph M. Girard Jr
Director of Sales & Operations
Mr. Girard joined North Country Janitorial Inc. in 2019 and currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Operations for the corporation as a whole. In addition to these duties, he is directly responsible for day to day management of North Country Janitorial’s Rental Mat Division. Mr. Girard joined NCJ after a 13-year career with Casella Waste Systems, where he held various Corporate, Regional, and Divisional roles. His most previous role at Casella Waste Systems was General Manager at their Fort Edward Hauling and Gansevoort Transfer Station. Mr. Girard graduated Magna Cum Laude from LeMoyne College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing. He is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, National Honor Society of Jesuit Colleges and a member of Delta Mu Delta, National Honor Society in Business and Accounting.
