Recruiting and Compliance Manager
Mr. Pomainville joined North Country Janitorial Inc. in 2018 and currently holds the position of Recruiting and Compliance Manager. He joined NCJ after serving as Director of Environmental Services for multiple healthcare facilities. This unique experience taught Mr. Pomainville the best practices for effectively cleaning and disinfecting, as well as managing constantly changing demands. Mr. Pomainville uses his OSHA 511 certification to develop safe work standards across multiple industries. Mr. Pomainville started at NCJ as the Southern Territory Manager and by 2019 was moved into a role geared towards training, leadership development, and safety. He is dedicated to recruiting talented staff and providing them with top-quality results.
